Cremation Burials

Across the country, interest in cremation burials continues to see a steady increase as an alternative to traditional burials.  Most recent figures indicate that cremation burials account for approximately 33%  of all burials in the Eastern part of the US.  Not only is this form of preparation and burial less costly, it presents families with more options as to where the cremains will ultimately reside.

Since families these days are much more mobile with different generations living in different parts of the country, the idea of cremation solves many of the expense and logistically difficult transportation issues after the loss of a loved one. Mount Hope is making plans to create a new area for cremation burials.  We hope to create a natural area that will blend in with existing landscape.
